Joelle Wyser-Pratte Founder

Joelle Wyser-Pratte founded Chimera Capital Partners, LLC to provide non-regulated services to her long-standing global relationships with institutional investors and asset managers.  
 
In 2007 Joelle founded OCP Capital LLC, a regulated broker-dealer and member of FINRA / SIPC, to carefully select asset managers and help grow their businesses with institutional investors around the world.  Joelle holds Series 7 and 63 registrations with FINRA.
 
In 2004, Joelle joined her father’s firm, Wyser-Pratte Management Company, to launch and market the activist fund.  She began her finance career as a trader in 1992 before launching a hedge fund, Minerva Capital LLC, in 1994.  
 
Joelle graduated from Tufts University in 1991.  Upon graduation she worked in journalism with International Media Partners and NBC Television in Florida.
